Short and shiny!
The very short, sleeveless dress from Black Level is made entirely out of shiny black vinyl. It is tight-fitting and tapered. It has a 2-way zip at the front that can be unzipped from the stand-up collar AND from the hem at the bottom of dress.
100% polyester, polyurethane coating.
